Sampeyre Ecco alcune fotografie scattate nel comune di Sampeyre che si trova in Val Varaita, provincia di Cuneo, Piemonte. Nel suo territorio è anche presente il Bosco dell'Alevè che è la più grande estensione forestale europea di pino cembro. In queste fotografie è ripreso il capoluogo e prossimamente pubblichero fotografie dell'interno della chiesa parrocchiale dedicata ai santi Pietro e Paolo. La storia di questo comune risale al periodo preistorico ed era già conosciuto nel periodo romanico; conserva resti medioevali. Ci troviamo in zona occitana. Il comune confina con un altro interessante insediamento, quello di Casteldelfino (si vedano i collegamenti indicati al termine di questo post). Oltre si trova l'abitato di Pontechianale con, tramite il colle dell'Agnello, l'accesso alla Francia (anche di questo ho pubblicato alcune fotografie - vedi sotto).
